A $10.00 Application Fee must accompany each application. $10.00 + $1.00 credit card processing fee = $11.00.
Deceased Military Veterans of Huron County and Erie County identifies and honors persons (male or female) who served in any branch of the military and who lived in Huron County or Erie County at some point in their lives.
*fee is non-refundable if the proof documentation is not sufficient for acceptance*
