     • Probate Court Records

          \_ Birth and death records from 1867 to 1908. (Remember, it was not the law to
               record births and deaths in Ohio until 1867.)
          \_ Guardianship records, Settlement records, and Appointment of Administrator/
               Executor from 1815 to the present
          \_ Final record volumes, Civil Docket volumes, and Court Journal volumes from
               1851 to the present
          \_ Delayed Birth Registrations from about 1866 to the present
          \_ Estate Packets from 1852 to the present
          \_ Naturalization Records from 1859

     • Clerk of Courts Records [many records on microfiche from 1815 forward}
          \_ Journals from 1870 to the present
          \_ Law records from 1870 to the present
