We Want Your Family Stories!
The last history of Huron County was published in 1909. Now it's time to write another one! We are seeking articles about your Huron County ancestors that will be published in our newsletter and then in our next publication. Write about your grandparents and other relatives who your children may not have known. If you write about living people, you may want to keep their names private for now.
We will accept original articles and transcriptions from other publications, such as books and newspapers. If you submit the latter, be sure to include the full citation, including the name of the publication, the date of publication, and the page number.
You may also include a photo, a favorite recipe, or any other documentation related to the person being described. Do not send original documents! Send copies only! Be sure to include your full name, contact information, and your relationship to the person.
