If you have already submitted for our Lineage Society and your application was approved. You can submit a supplemental ancestor(s) for a $5.00 fee.
$5.00 Fee + $1.00 credit card processing fee = $6.00.
If you are adding more than one family member to an application (an example would be adding your parent) you will need to increase the fee quantity by the number of additional family members you are adding.
Upon application approval, the applicant or additional applicant(s) will be presented with a certificate at the Chapters Annual Banquet in April.
